Job Summary
Lead a team of three foremen and indirectly manage forty process operators in a three-shift rotation, ensuring smooth production operations and optimal yield based on KPIs. Direct the production planner, oversee quality and safety compliance, and participate in organizational meetings while maintaining cross-functional contacts with Technical Services, R&D, Sales, Quality, HR, and Expediting. Initiate and coordinate innovative investment projects, drive process and production improvements, and analyze production results for monthly management reporting. Report directly to the COO. This role requires an HBO degree in process technology and several years of leadership experience in a production environment.
Required Qualifications
- afgeronde (technische) hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting procestechnologie of vergelijkbaar
- aantal jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in een productie omgeving
- in staat om vanuit een duidelijke visie structurele kaders uit te zetten voor de verschillende taakgebieden binnen de afdeling
- energiek persoon en hebt de ambitie om door te groeien
- systematische en praktische manier van werken
- uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en hebt het in je om op een motiverende wijze mensen aan te sturen
- beheerst naast de Nederlandse taal, ook de Engelse taal goed in zowel woord als geschrift
