Job Summary
The Product Training Specialist at ECHO Incorporated is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on their 2-stroke, 4-stroke, and battery outdoor power equipment. This includes creating content, delivering training to employees, distributors, and dealers, and collaborating with engineering teams to update training materials. Candidates should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with training tools and methods is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a service, engineering, or training environment
- Strong technical knowledge of handheld, air‐cooled 2‐stroke engines or DC electric motors preferred
- Excellent technical problem‐solving abilities
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Windows and PowerPoint required
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills
- Experience with Articulate 360
- Teaching or training experience
- Photography or video editing skills
