Develop and execute the product training strategy and curriculum for the Americas region, creating content including presentations, videos, and digital learning materials. Plan and conduct technical product training for sales teams, distributors, and customers while enabling internal trainers to deliver approved programs. Lead training readiness activities for new product launches and support trade shows and demonstrations. Measure training effectiveness, conduct competitive evaluations, and serve as a central resource for product and application knowledge. This role requires 45% time on training delivery and field enablement, with 30% on strategy and content creation.
