Job Summary
Conduct training sessions on commercial hot water heating applications for boilers, heat pumps, tanks, and tankless systems. Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering teams to develop and facilitate training content while ensuring brand consistency. Incorporate mobile tools and leading-edge technologies to enhance the training portfolio and delivery. Develop specific hands-on materials covering installation, servicing, and troubleshooting. Serve the West region in a remote role with up to 50% travel, responsible for meeting annual training metrics.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 3+ years of prior relevant experience in the Hot Water/HVAC industry or product training
- Must have excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
