Product Trainer for Healthcare accounts responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, creating and modifying training materials, ensuring adherence to training timelines, employing diverse training methods to boost effectiveness, and reporting progress to the Training Manager while proposing ongoing improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Must have BPO Experience and has handled Healthcare Accounts.
- Has knowledge in Medical Billing and other Healthcare-related processes.
- Preferably has leadership or trainer background in similar field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong ability to create documents, presentations, and data reports efficiently.
- Must be flexible with schedules.
