Job Summary
Conduct customer acquisition and experience work across public web, checkout, and post-purchase journeys to build deep understanding of how users discover and interact with Avarda products. Own requirements and roadmap input for a customer touchpoint end to end, focusing on conversion, onboarding flows, and handoff between acquisition and servicing. Collaborate with product, tech, design, and commercial teams to drive outcomes while balancing business growth, data insight, and seamless user experiences. Join a real team with a dedicated mentor in Malaga for an 18-month program starting September 1, 2026, with a path to a permanent junior Product Manager role.

- Results-driven, with a strong interest in customer acquisition, digital customer journeys and user experience
- Passionate about customer-centric products that balance business growth, data insight and a seamless experience across the full lifecycle — onboarding, activation, engagement and retention
- A collaborative, analytical team player who thrives in cross-functional settings with product, tech, design and commercial teams
- You learn fast and stay curious — you want to understand the why, and you're comfortable when things are complex or evolving
- You think critically — you weigh trade-offs and challenge ideas constructively rather than settling for the obvious answer
- You take ownership — you drive things forward and follow through without being chased
- You communicate clearly in English and collaborate easily across product, tech and business
- You're a team player with low ego — happy to do what's needed, focused on outcomes over status
- You're genuinely interested in digital products and how they create value for customers and the business
- You're a recent graduate or early in your career
- Studies in business or economics, technology or engineering, or product and innovation
