Job Summary
Senior Associate, Product Trade Marketing on the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team drives and executes marketing strategies to engage customers considering or completing credit card product upgrades or downgrades, partnering internally and externally to bring these strategies to life. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams across the Card organization to design and implement multi-channel campaigns (email, site, in-app, etc.), optimize segmentation, manage campaign reporting and engagement metrics at portfolio and aggregate levels, and influence stakeholders to improve upgrade/downgrade experiences while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- 4+ years direct marketing experience, with specific experience in credit card product marketing and product trade (upgrade/downgrade) strategies desired
- Experience working with multiple internal and external partners
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Logical, analytical thinker; identifies clear objectives, leverages data to execute strategies, and advanced understanding of success metrics
- Strong ability to influence and gain buy-in across teams
- Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
- Results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control procedures and process exceptions, while maintaining a customer-first mindset
