Job Summary
Manage the fit testing process from planning to execution, including creating seasonal test plans, running dynamic and biomechanical tests, and leading consumer focus groups. Develop survey distribution tools and analyze data to generate concise reports that support the HOKA product testing strategy. Recruit new testers for the Wear Testing and Fit Testing database, manage sample archiving, and update best practice documents. Work closely with Product Development and Engineering teams to ensure all test samples are checked in and archived properly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Coursework or solid experience in research methodology, test design, and data analysis
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Footwear Product Testing
- 3+ years' experience in the sport industry (footwear, apparel, retail, coaching, etc.)
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and database/survey software such as MESH01, Qualtrics, or equivalent
- Able to use fit measurement tools such as a Brannock and a 3D foot scanner
- Knowledge about last creation and foot morphology
- Effective communicator and collaborator across teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment under pressure
- Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday
