Job Summary
Lead the Product Test Laboratory by supervising daily operations, planning testing activities, and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System requirements. Direct staff supervision, manage equipment lifecycle including IOPQ and calibration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with R&D and Quality Engineering to support design verification, refine test strategies, and execute root cause analysis for test failures. Ensure accurate data integrity through rigorous review of test results and documentation within controlled systems. Maintain audit readiness and lead CAPA development for nonconformances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or other related Life Science
- A minimum of 5 years' proven experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years working in a laboratory in a team lead position
- Good verbal and written communication skills
