Job Summary
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Essentials range while identifying and onboarding qualified Asian suppliers aligned with cost targets. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility, developing business cases and ROI analyses for new investments. Translate requirements into detailed specifications, manage global backlogs, and ensure on-time delivery meeting quality standards. Gather customer feedback through interviews and analytics, conduct competitive benchmarking, and monitor emerging technologies. Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams, communicating progress to leadership and collaborating with Sales on go-to-market strategies. Analyze performance using data tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of product development and tender processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strategic thinking and business planning
- Stakeholder and customer management
- Contract review and risk assessment
- Project management
- Capable of reviewing technical designs and understanding solution discussions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Fluent in English
