Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the bid/tender process from RFP/RFQ receipt to submission, producing high-quality content that demonstrates Bupa's value to prospective, current, and renewing clients. Collaborate with Account Managers, Product & Propositions, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and Operations teams to project manage new and existing business tender projects across UK Insurance and Health Clinics. Develop project plans, win themes, and presentations while maintaining operational processes for bids, tenders, renewals, and client reviews. Ensure all deliverables are compliant, accurate, on brand, and aligned with customer needs to maximize Bupa scores. Working independently on new and existing business engagement activities with a focus on integrity and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous copywriting/bid writing experience
- An understanding of the tender process
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Familiarity with copywriting/bid writing styles best suited for long and short form documents
- Understanding of proposition development
- Understanding of the role of client insights in the bid and tender process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to assimilate and condense complex information quickly
- Solid presentation skills
- Education to degree level
