Job Summary
Conduct Product Technology Diligence engagements for Private Equity and strategic clients by analyzing application architecture, scalability, and technical debt. Review cloud infrastructure, SDLC processes, and engineering metrics to assess product modularity, roadmap investment requirements, and operational scalability. Link technical findings to growth implications and support development of investment-grade red flag reports. Identify operational inefficiencies impacting delivery and evaluate engineering productivity across SaaS, fintech, or platform environments. Travel up to 50% while operating in transaction-speed settings to tie commercial, operational, and financial performance directly to technology architecture and margin sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9 years in software engineering leadership, architecture consulting, product strategy advisory, or tech diligence
- Experience in SaaS, marketplace, fintech, vertical software, or platform environments
- Strong understanding of cloud cost structures and DevOps environments
- Strong analytical capability
- Commercial awareness
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to operate in transaction-speed environments
- Ability to travel up to 50%
