Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant products by applying technical expertise and adhering to Primark quality standards. Lead quality evaluation and approval processes, including risk assessment and seal certifications, while monitoring returns and testing data to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Partner with suppliers, buying teams, and compliance functions to address challenges and improve performance, alongside conducting competitor benchmarking to stay informed on trends and regulations. Communicate effectively across stakeholders to influence decision-making and represent Quality Assurance in strategic discussions. Support supplier performance management through reporting and engagement with sourcing and ethical teams. This fixed-term 12-month role involves collaborating with offshore quality teams to resolve rejections and enhance capabilities, situated within a global retailer growing from Dublin to over 440 stores.
