Job Summary
Product Technical Support Engineer provides day-to-day technical support for Data Center Accounts and Field Sales & Service, globally, from New Freedom, PA with a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include driving product reliability through the Continuous Improvement Process, creating test plans for new or existing product equipment, and collaborating with quality management and engineering to improve life cycle costs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Technical/Scientific field required
- 2+ years’ experience or 6+ years of technical experience with knowledge of HVAC&R products
