Product Team Leader

Product Team Leader in a River Island store role focusing on delivering strong product placement and visual standards to enhance the customer journey. Responsible for duty management across service, people, and operations; supporting the Commercial/Product Manager to empower the store team; using commercial tools to drive actions and KPIs (sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, RFID); ensuring health & safety compliance and developing a high-performing, engaged team through coaching and hands-on store leadership. Must be able to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment, stay updated on fashion trends, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing floor resets, displays, stock replenishment, and floor-level operations.
