Job Summary
Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an outstanding customer journey through strong visual standards, product placement, and hands-on store operations. Duty-manage across service, people, and operations while supporting the Commercial/Product Manager to empower the team, utilize commercial tools, and drive store KPIs (sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and customer feedback). Manage floor resets, product movement, displays, and replenishment; ensure health & safety compliance; foster a motivated, high-performing team. Weekend work and flexible, fast-paced adaptation to sales trends and seasonal campaigns are expected. The role emphasizes leadership, customer experience focus, and hands-on involvement in daily store activities. Required Qualifications
- Retail experience, preferably in a supervisor role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
