Job Summary
Deliver great product placement and 'wow' wearable outfits while consistently maintaining strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront of every decision. Confidently duty manage all store operations including service, people, and compliance with health & safety standards. Support the Commercial / Product Manager in empowering the team to drive store KPIs, including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, and RFID. Take accountability for improving the customer journey through exceptional visual execution and high-level customer service. This is a fast-paced role requiring weekend work, public holidays, and late-night shifts with full flexibility. Candidates must have previous retail supervisor experience, passion for fashion, and strong interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team.
