Product Systems Design Engineer

Design and deliver product system design solutions by driving root-cause analysis and owning design solutions through to closure; apply DFMEA, Design Reviews, and validation checklists using CREO and ANSYS to support concept selection, optimization, and specification development across components and subsystems; communicate design intent through structured Design Review packages to cross-functional technical stakeholders; improve product reliability and quality by incorporating validation and analysis insights into design refinements; contribute to continuous improvement by following established engineering processes and expanding tools, systems, and workflows; independently manage moderately complex design challenges and expand knowledge of products, systems, and applications; collaborate across disciplines and coordinate with technicians or support resources to achieve shared engineering and program goals.
