Job Summary
Support the administration of deposit and digital banking platforms by assisting with system configuration, testing, documentation, issue resolution, and ongoing product support. Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and research or troubleshoot product and system issues. Execute user acceptance testing, document results, and track defects to verify successful implementation before production release. Create and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and system documentation while managing vendor relationships and tracking support tickets. Participate in post-implementation reviews and stay informed on new product features. This role is part of a Connected Mobile Work Environment at Stearns Bank, a top-performing financial institution specializing in affordable housing and small business financing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, business analysis, operations, or technology support
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs
- Literacy in English
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc., reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, talk, or hear
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
