Job Summary
As a Product Syndication Specialist, you will manage and maintain large scale product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product data across various systems including PIM (Salsify), ERP (Acumatica), and digital asset repositories. You will support product content distribution to major retail partners and ensure compliance with retailer requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product content management, e-commerce operations, or product information management.
- Experience working with Product Information Management platforms such as Salsify.
- Experience managing product listings across retailer portals or marketplace platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting product listings for retailers such as Lowe’s, Wayfair, Home Depot, Amazon, or Sam’s Club.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica.
