Job Summary
Provide proactive, clear, and timely communication to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Infrastructure, DBAs) to resolve complex issues efficiently with effective stakeholder engagement; participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and contribute to permanent fixes or provide appropriate workarounds; continuously enhance technical knowledge of Temenos product architecture, runtime internals, Java integrations, and middleware technologies; ability to work under pressure and handle production critical issues; demonstrate leadership potential, with a long-term path toward SME status in technology domains.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech with 5–7 years of experience in Temenos Transact (T24) product in technical support or development
- Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) modules
- Practical working knowledge of Temenos frameworks
- Proficiency in debugging across T24 Core, integration layers, and Java customizations
- Familiarity with JMS, Web Services and integration frameworks (advantageous)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
