Job Summary

Product Support role focused on Temenos Transact (T24) with strong Java and middleware integration expertise. Responsibilities include providing proactive client communication during incident lifecycles, collaborating with Development/Infrastructure/DBA teams to resolve complex issues, participating in RCA and implementing permanent fixes or workarounds, and continuously enhancing knowledge of Temenos product architecture, runtime internals, Java integrations, and middleware technologies; ideal candidate has 5–7 years of T24 experience, strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills, and the potential to grow toward SME status.

Required Qualifications

  • BE/BTech with 5–7 years of experience in T24 Transact product in technical support or development
  • Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact(T24) modules
  • Practical working knowledge of Temenos frameworks
  • Proficiency in debugging across T24 Core, integration layers, and Java customizations
  • Familiarity with JMS, Web Services and integration frameworks (optional but advantageous)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
