Job Summary
Product Support Supervisor leads the parts and service teams, supervising all parts and service processes and financials, developing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include monitoring freight expenses and inventory levels, filing claims, and fostering strong relationships with customers and team members. Requires proven leadership, inventory management experience, knowledge of construction/forestry equipment parts and services, mechanic background with heavy equipment knowledge, budgeting and staffing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- 3 or more years of inventory management experience
- Knowledge of construction and forestry equipment parts and services
- Prior experience as a mechanic with knowledge of heavy construction equipment (preferably John Deere)
- Operational experience with budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations
