Job Summary
As Product Support Supervisor, you will oversee the supervision and management of all parts and service processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction. You will monitor freight expenses, inventory levels, file claims, and ensure customers receive the parts and service they need for their equipment. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and team members, and hands-on knowledge of construction/forestry equipment parts and services. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inventory management, prior mechanic experience with heavy equipment (prefer John Deere), experience with budgeting and staffing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to support operations and training. Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- 3+ years of inventory management experience
