Job Summary
Act as a key point of contact for customers in the Rocky Mount area to increase parts, service, and rental revenues. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers; identify service needs with new and existing customers; demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of parts, service offerings, and equipment; provide information and quotes; focus on rentals in the assigned area; follow up with leads and recommend service repairs or other fieldwork; assist accounts receivable with collection of unpaid invoices; prepare rental and service reports as requested by customers. Requires organization and the ability to plan daily visits and deliver solutions for customers in construction, diesel, or heavy equipment fields; valid driver's license and driving record are required.
Required Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who has some sales or rental house experience especially in the construction, diesel, or heavy equipment fields. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
