Job Summary
Front-line merchant support role focusing on fast, reliable resolution of technical and operational issues for Affirm’s merchant partners. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues with engineers, managing multiple inquiries with prioritization, developing scalable support processes, engaging with feedback to guide product planning, and communicating feature updates to merchants. Candidates should be located in CST or PST, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in tech/ecommerce/SaaS roles. Nice-to-haves include French language skills and experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) or data/log analysis. The position is remote-first, based in Canada, with CAD salary range $55,000-$75,000 and potential partial office requirements depending on role specifics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in relevant industry (Tech, eCommerce, SaaS) and/or similar role(s)
- Ability to handle a high volume of requests with efficiency and empathy
- Great writing and ability to describe technical concepts clearly in emails
