Job Summary
Build, update, and enhance presentations and communications for Portfolio Managers and senior leadership, ensuring narrative clarity and investment insight accuracy. Perform data quality reviews and maintain fund updates, including MRFPs, QFRs, and sales team materials to align content messaging with strategy and performance drivers. Identify and implement process simplifications and automation solutions while partnering with Investment Analysts to verify fund narrative consistency. Support Product Directors on ad-hoc requests and targeted data analysis, acting as the primary product content manager to coordinate submissions for marketing and compliance approval. Oversee regulatory reviews through data analytics for Fund risk, category analysis, and Fund Fact data. This role supports Fidelity's Product Research team, which serves as the centralized source for high-quality mutual fund analysis and acts as the voice of the portfolio manager for Canadian retail funds.
Required Qualifications
- Current work authorization for Canada
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of financial services experience
- Strong interest in developing product expertise
- Understanding and demonstrating curiosity for investing
- Proven ability to be analyzed, condense and communicate around large sets of data
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Suite, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingualism (French/English), both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of VBA and Python
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities at any given time
- An innovative and creative attitude
- Ability to contribute to good working relationships among team members and across different groups
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
