Job Summary
Conduct drill rig lubrication audits, site observations, and installations for RDSA hydraulic rock drills while troubleshooting issues and determining proper solutions. Execute project plans, record data, and provide product training both internally and externally. Mentor service center staff, document processes, and submit detailed reports from site visits. Discern customer needs, offer advice to fitters and supervisors, and support the team in identifying and retaining new customers. Travel domestically and internationally on an 8/6 roster. Requires a Diesel Heavy Earthmoving Mechanic trade qualification, drivers license, and Senior First Aid certification.
