Product Support Specialist

Product Support Specialist for Brookfield Properties provides day-to-day operational and technical support for property management and resident-facing technology platforms. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving support tickets across channels, diagnosing technical issues on property management platforms, escalating defects to Product and Engineering, documenting solutions, onboarding property teams and residents, maintaining knowledge bases and runbooks, supporting product releases, and assisting with training materials. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure reliable system performance and positive user experiences, and delivers high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
