Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the heavy/equipment environment, focusing on aftermarket parts and service to drive revenue. Conduct product training and demonstrations, provide technical support, inspect customer equipment, manage CRM activities, identify and generate leads, and collaborate with parts/service/sales to deliver holistic customer solutions. Requires 5-10 years in Heavy Equipment/Environmental Equipment, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), extensive product knowledge of heavy/environmental equipment, strong verbal and written communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, customer-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in the Heavy Equipment / Environmental Equipment Industry, with exposure to sweeper, sewer, or environmental equipment
