Job Summary
Maintain client relationships by providing service, support, information, and guidance while enforcing organization standards to ensure total customer satisfaction. Perform thorough machine inspections, including climbing under and around heavy equipment, and conduct undercarriage inspections requiring a PSSR. Develop relationships with customers through extensive travel within the territory, collaborating closely with parts, sales, and service managers. Requires a valid driver's license, DOT medical card, and ability to lift 50lbs. Full-time regular employment with comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401K match, and profit-sharing benefits.
