Job Summary
Drive parts and service revenue by developing new business, managing existing accounts, and performing equipment inspections to recommend repair solutions. Promote offerings to maximize customer uptime, generate quotes and proposals, and close sales opportunities while meeting assigned targets. Maintain strong customer satisfaction through responsiveness and service excellence, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and pipeline activity. Requires 5+ years in heavy equipment parts and service with previous outside sales experience. Salary offered in Southeast Texas for a full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts and service
- Previous outside sales experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assess equipment needs
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territory
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a mechanical/technical field (or equivalent work experience)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
