Job Summary
The Product Support Sales Representative is responsible for the sales and marketing of On-Highway Truck parts and services. Key responsibilities include providing coverage of the existing customer base, developing new business markets, and acquiring On-Highway Truck maintenance agreements. The role also involves preparing sales contracts, maintaining sales activity reports, and collaborating with other departments to generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications. A high school diploma or equivalent along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Industrial is required, with sales experience in the On-Highway Trucking industry preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Industrial
- Minimum of three-year sales experience
- A minimum of one to three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in sales
- Demonstrated knowledge of the On-Highway Truck industry

- Proficient with MS Office Applications
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills
