Product Support Sales Representative

Outside sales position focused on growing and sustaining Empire Parts and Service sales. Schedules visits, markets offerings and campaigns, builds customer relationships, forecasts growth, identifies needs for alternative solutions, and presents quotes to lower customers' equipment owning and operating costs. Uses Caterpillar ultrasonic measuring tools and computer programs to manage service programs in the assigned territory, educates customers on service capabilities, tracks competitive information, and communicates issues impacting customer satisfaction. Requires sales skills, self-motivation, interpersonal abilities, basic computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred; 3+ years related experience; English proficiency; safety-sensitive role with potential exposure to mechanical environments.
