Product Support Sales Representative

Job Summary
Promotes and sells Western States’ product support services and products into assigned territory; meets sales objectives. Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with customers, communicates product knowledge including GET and undercarriage offerings, presents solutions and service options, quotes CSA programs, and manages leads using company software. Requires ability to travel overnight, prioritize customer engagements, and collaborate across departments to meet customer expectations while upholding safety policies. Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of sales or customer service experience; heavy equipment knowledge preferred; valid driver’s license; English proficiency with Spanish preferred. This role is safety-sensitive and may include training and participation in strategic programs.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 years previous sales experience and/or proven customer service experience required
- Preference for heavy equipment or comparable industry experience
- Proof of driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English). Preference given for Spanish speaking
