Job Summary
Product Support Sales Rep responsible for driving increased revenue through parts and service sales to assigned customer list. Build and maintain customer relationships in line with company expectations while selling parts and service to end users. Travel may be required. Key duties include increasing sales activity and growth in parts and service, developing a call tracking plan for consistent communication with customers, identifying opportunities for aftermarket sales, maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Four year degree preferred or equivalent experience in the Heavy Construction Industry
- Ability to communicate with all levels of organization
- Climb on and off heavy equipment, and the ability to lift 75 lbs
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently
- Desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative
- Capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner
