Job Summary
Own and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships. Coordinate parts orders, special pricing, and approvals with internal teams while following up to ensure exceptional customer service. Work closely with Parts and Service Sales teams to support customer needs, attend trade shows and events, and maintain accurate customer records. Act as a trusted ambassador for Nextran Truck Centers in the field, representing the network of commercial truck dealerships committed to delivering the lowest life-cycle cost to customers across the Southeast and Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in automotive/parts sales, outside parts sales, service technical support, or a related industry
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record that meets company insurability requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a physical abilities assessment
- Must successfully complete a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
