Product Support Representative EMEA - Fleet Performance

Job Summary
Technical deployments and implementation support for Skywise Fleet Performance solutions (e.g., Skywise Health Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance). Act as a technical interface for airline customers in the EMEA region, coordinating prerequisites and configuring deployments, facilitating UAT, addressing L2/L3 queries, delivering engineering-team trainings, and handing over to In-Service Support. Conduct health checks and performance optimization, analyze logs and workflows, manage backlogs, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with product teams. Contribute to the global knowledge base and support marketing with technical demos. Requires strong SaaS/data proficiency, airline/maintenance domain knowledge, SQL/databases familiarity, Jira experience, and fluent English. Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the Gdansk office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Aircraft Design/Ops), Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical background
- 2+ years of professional experience in technical customer support or systems implementation
- Strong technical acumen to troubleshoot software applications, analyze logs, and understand complex digital workflows
- Deep understanding of Airline Maintenance, Engineering, or Technical Operations
- Familiarity with Big Data, AI, SQL/databases, and ticketing/project management software (e.g., Jira)
- Basic knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks and safety standards
- Fluent in English; ability to explain technical data insights to diverse audiences
