Job Summary
The Product Support Representative provides after sales support for MacDon products, investigating product issues, addressing customer concerns, and delivering product training. Responsibilities include leading investigations and troubleshooting, creating detailed reports for product design improvements, developing relationships with dealer support personnel, instructing technical training for dealer technicians, and performing product demonstrations. Candidates must be bilingual in English and French and possess strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
- Strong background in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical system diagnostics and repair
- Understanding of agricultural equipment and its operation, including experience with grain harvesting equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Products: Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must hold and maintain valid driver’s license
Additional Requirements
- The candidate will preferably reside in territory
- Valid passport required (must be able to cross Canadian US Border)
- Travel is required 60% - 70% of the time
