Job Summary
Provide on-site technical support to dealer technicians across AR, LA, TX, and OK, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues to minimize machine downtime; conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures, identify trends, and implement corrective actions; collaborate with dealers, service managers, the service team, engineering, and management; support new machine deliveries and customer onboarding; gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements; participate in industry events and represent Tigercat at trade shows; prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, diesel technology, heavy equipment technical certification) or equivalent experience
- Advanced technical expertise in hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and occasionally to Canada
