Job Summary
Product Support Operations Representative (PSOR) for Japan based in Yokohama. Lead and deliver Differentiated Dealer Capabilities to strengthen dealer performance in Japan; drive initiatives like Services Commitment, identify and implement service operations improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction; collaborate with dealers, customers, and Caterpillar teams to analyze challenges and develop practical, value-driven solutions; support dealer business planning and performance improvement, including recommendations on facilities, tooling, and systems to enhance operational effectiveness; act as a trusted advisor to dealers by identifying skill gaps and supporting development plans (e.g., technician capability and capacity); contribute to initiatives improving dealer effectiveness, safety standards, process efficiency, segment growth, and warranty performance; support launch and adoption of new products, parts, and service solutions including customer service agreements; stay informed of industry trends and digital technologies to enhance dealer and customer outcomes. Requires onsite five days a week in Yokohama; visa sponsorship not available. English and Japanese language capability at business level preferred.
