Product Support Manager - Underground Drills & Bolters

Lead a team of Underground Drilling experts as a subject matter expert, coordinating with internal stakeholders and sales teams to resolve complex product challenges and drive frontline readiness for new technologies. Direct the planning and execution of drilling optimization programs, oversee technical calibration and fine-tuning, and manage failed product analysis to implement preventive solutions. Develop and deliver machine-specific training packages for operators and maintenance staff while enforcing EHS compliance and leading incident investigations. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, building strategic relationships to identify operational improvements and ensuring expert time is tracked against business targets. Own the technical application aspects of product launches and phase-outs, chair monthly technical reviews, and relay feedback to product lines to enhance system performance.
