Job Summary
Model safe work behaviors and manage all branch parts and service objectives to ensure they are met. Provide administrative guidance on Toromont and Caterpillar policies, review operational expenses, and develop P&S budgets to meet performance commitments. Lead a high level of customer focus, actively pursue territory business, and collaborate with Sales and Planning teams while liaising with the Heavy Equipment group on sales and service issues. Coach employees to achieve personal and corporate objectives within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum post-secondary education
- 5 years' experience in a managerial position
- Strong technical aptitude
- Knowledge of the industry
