Job Summary

Manage parts and service sales operations at Pape Machinery branches in Tacoma and Montesano by directing work in process, establishing goals, and forecasting inventory levels. Monitor expenses, maintain staff levels, coach team members, and maintain customer relations to provide exceptional service and drive regional sales leadership. Requires prior management experience in capital retail goods, goal setting, budgeting, and personnel management. Offers competitive salary of $115,000-$155,000/yr, comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and extensive vacation, with a focus on internal advancement within this fourth-generation family-owned organization.
