Job Summary
Product Support Engineer for Teradyne Semiconductor Test in Singapore. Responsible for delivering world-class field readiness for new product launches, integrating serviceability into product designs, developing and updating support and training documentation, and providing timely guidance to field engineers worldwide. Role includes identifying opportunities to improve support delivery through technology, engaging with product development for deployment readiness, and conducting training to disseminate knowledge across global field service teams. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE) with electromechanical preference, 8–15 years of relevant industry experience, and expertise in RF, Power, Embedded, and Networking; strong problem-solving and communication skills; willingness to travel up to 25%; local to Singapore and onsite at Science Park 2, Singapore.
