Job Summary

Product Support Engineer for Teradyne Memory BU: lead and coordinate customer-focused support for memory test products, manage escalations and service emergencies, support installations and active installed base, develop floor plans and first site kits, coordinate with probers/handlers/manipulators, support PUP/PIP activities at international sites, participate in new product definition and EHS coordination, lead new product bring-up and installation, create training documents for field teams, and drive data collection, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Sales. Travel globally for training, support, and installation activities; requires BS in Electronics and 5-15 years in semiconductor test industry; strong communication and multi-tasking skills; willing to travel 10-20% and work across multiple time zones.
