Job Summary
Product Support Engineer to troubleshoot field issues, reproduce cases, and identify root causes; collaborate with the team to create scripts or procedures to fix problems in deployed systems; communicate updates clearly to stakeholders; document information and transfer knowledge to reduce escalations from TS to engineering; lead internal and customer-facing calls; the role requires knowledge of DCIM, data-center domains, and hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL/Rocky), Java, SQL, and scripting, plus experience with PostgreSQL, Jira, or GitHub, and familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Docker). The incumbent should hold a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) and demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and self-motivation.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related subject or equivalent experience
- Good oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt, multi-task, and manage changing priorities
- Self-motivated, ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
