Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems via call, ticketing, and chat systems; simulate customer issues to identify solutions; own issues through resolution including RCA; stay updated on Ameyo product features and releases; collaborate to create an exceptional customer experience; must have strong Linux/Databases/Networking understanding and SQL skills; able to work independently and in a 24x7 coverage model.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech./ BSc or equivalent
- 3+ years of overall work experience in tech/product support
- Good understanding of Linux CLI tools and networking
- Hands-on with databases and SQL, able to write SQL queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in a follow-the-sun (24x7) model
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve highly technical issues
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
