Product Support Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and process spare parts and tooling orders, verifying part correctness, applying contractual coverage, and securing accurate purchase orders. Manage global consignment inventory by setting up new locations, coordinating hardware consumption, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with international customs and tax processes. Drive order follow-up to handle delinquencies, cancellations, and core returns while maintaining timely fulfillment. Support manufacturing coordination by communicating critical hardware needs to production cells and expediting short supplies through build and rework processes. Assist customers with account and payment activities, update data within ERP and CRM systems, and answer inquiries regarding engine maintenance programs, pricing, and technical publications. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring high accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Position requires job knowledge and skills gained with 0-5 years of experience
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‐paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to work holidays and/or weekends when business needs require
- U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if necessary
- Candidates may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, customer support, operations, or a technical product environment is preferred, but not required
