Job Summary
Process service work orders, service reports, and payroll while obtaining customer purchase order numbers to support work in process processing. Generate standard jobs as required by supervisors and technicians, and expedite warranty and goodwill work orders through warranty departments. Coordinate and administer customer service agreements through contract management software, monitor WIP reports with service advisors, and assist other service departments with scheduling maintenance and repairs. Maintain safe, environmentally sound work behaviors aligned with company health and safety policies. This full-time role offers flexible schedules and opportunities across multiple Eastern Canada locations within the premium Caterpillar brand.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum post-secondary education
- 2+ years of experience in support/service operations position
